Hiring Process

We pride ourselves in selecting the best and most qualified applicants for every position. Our thorough interview and hiring process gives our managers the opportunity to build the best teams in the business. Here’s how it works:

·        You’ll complete an application through our online portal. Remember: we have opportunities all over the United States!

·        Once your application is submitted, it will be forwarded to a hiring manager for review.

·        After your application has been reviewed, you will sit down with the hiring manager for an interview. Not only do we want to get to know you, but we want you to get to know USC! By learning about your role to getting to know your supervisor, you’ll know that you are going to help create exceptional customer experiences and become a vital part of our team.

·        Reference and background checks will begin following your interview. This will include employee eligibility verification, educational credentials, employment history, and criminal background.

The whole process will usually take no more than five days, unless you are working in a secure environment (such as an airport).
