I wanted to send you a thank you for this weekend. As always, your staff was terrific and everything went really smoothly.

I also wanted to make a point to contact you both about Ariel. She was truly excellent. She was very attentive, proactive and communicative. Even our client noticed her hustling and managing her crew and pointed it out to me. She deserves a big kudos…. A shout out to Kendrick too, who stepped in as her right hand and also took a large lead on the [event’s] strike Sunday night.

Good Morning,

I just wanted to take a minute and extend my appreciation as well as the appreciation from the Sway Pm Staff for all you do. This was my first Giftshow and I know the support, hard work and love from you guys and your team is a HUGE factor in what made it such a successful week!

Ana, Tanya, Ebony and Debbie are all amazing ladies. They stepped up, put in some long hours and really worked hard. They were more than willing to do whatever had to be done.

Again, thank you so much for all your help not only for this past week but for everything. I understand the challenges of trying to find staff at the last minute and getting ask to do multiple things at one time but you guys really do a wonderful job and I couldn’t be more thankful to be a part of this team.

Good afternoon Rick,

I want to send a quick email to compliment the United employees. I have never encountered an organization with employees who are consistently so well presented, polite and respectful. I obviously interact with your employees each day in the [office] building, and recognize many individuals who are always friendly and engaging with my family. But I have also seen your employees at O’Hare, at Navy Pier, in the neighborhood, driving United Maintenance vehicles and even a few weeks ago at the DMV. Every employee has impressed me - I see your employees working hard, interacting well with the public and representing your company in a professional manner.
