Installation |

Unit to be mounted on wall or similar structure
using anchor bolts. Metering pump shall be mounted below discharge
level of reservoir to maintain flooded suction. |

Operation |
| |
As metering feed pump is activated,
product solution is drawn from the reservoir. Once reservoir
levels drop to the low-level float switch the solenoid valve
opens allowing make up water to spray into the product container.
The concentrated liquid then flows into the reservoir by gravity;
the fill/empty cycle is automatic. |

Failsafe features |

Should the top solenoid valve stick open or if
leak-by occurs, the visible alarm will be activated and the
bottom solenoid will
close. Should a power outage occur solenoid will close preventing
an overflow. |
