Description
E-Z Feeder is a simple, yet effective, dissolving unit that
allows solid chemical concentrates to be introduced into water
systems by utilizing a portion of the make-up water. This is
accomplished by adapting the make-up water line (by restricting
the flow) so that enough back-pressure is created in the by-passed
dissolving line. See illustration: |

Benefits
Simple installation. No pumps required. No electric needed for
operation. Chemical addition can be easily adjusted. Treatment
only used when system is calling for make-up. |

Components
(1) Plastic dissolving bowl ( interlocking spring feature that
shuts down dissolving spray when concentrate bottle is removed
) with threaded injector fitting & dissolving/discharge
port
(1) Dissolving make-up valve assembly ( includes 1/4 inch piping,
pressure gauge, needle valve, & compression fitting )
(1) 5/16 inch polyprop discharge tubing ( 3 feet length ) &
clamp |
