Description
Solid-Concentrate CWR-C is a proprietary water treatment designed to protect galvanized cooling towers from white rust conditions in new installations and systems that must be routinely passivated. The chemistry in CWR-C utilizes the very latest anti-scaling & corrosion inhibition technology. Corrosion inhibitors working with conventional chemistry provide protection in passivation . Contains ortho phosphate, polymer dispersant, triazole.

Application/Feedrate
CWR-C can be used in tower water systems to conform with the current technology to address potential white rust corrosion. At a dosage rate of 700ppm, the following parameters should be met during the passivation period

WATER QUALITY FEED RATE PHOSPHATE
pH 6.5 – 8.0 250 ppm 100 ppm
Hardness: 100ppm-300ppm
Alkalinity: 100ppm-300ppm
* @ 20 ppm, 1 case of C20-C is equivalent to 55 gallons of a conventional liquid product (approximately 500 lb.) Liquid equivalent comparative values will vary, dependent upon concentration.

Testing & Control
Palintest, Taylor, & other orthophosphate test kits

Feeding
Feed product from a Product Dissolution Board or similar system/board
