Description
Packaged in a water soluble bag,designed to treat open cooling
tower water systems when first started up in order to obtain
an adequate amount of inhibitor at system start-up. Also a good
catch up solution to systems that have lost water or where the
inhibitor feed has been absent for a period. For small systems
where metering inhibitor into the system is not practical. Solid-Concentrate
C22-C-STX is a proprietary water treatment for CORROSIVE conditions
that utilizes the very latest anti-scaling, anti-fouling, &
corrosion inhibition technology. C-22-C-STX approach to inhibit
ferrous metal corrosion utilizes both cathodic & anodic
protection, copper inhibitors, & molybdate. Contains PBTC
phosphonate, HEDP phosphonate, polymaleic acid, Ter-polymer,
HPA, POCA, triazole, molybdate. |

Application/Feedrate
C22-C-STX starting federate is 50 ppm. More or less may be needed,
based on corrosive index of particular water

Feeding
When dosed into system, attempt to find a high flow area in
the sump of the cooling tower or inside make-up tank that is
accessible. Dissolving rates will vary depending upon water
composition, temperature, and flow rate |

Packaging/Storage/Handling
Packaged in 30 x 0.8 lb water-soluble bags (each enclosed in
a corrugated container) per case. Case weighs 24 lbs. Follow
MSDS. Properly stored product will remain effective 24 - 36
months. Store in cool, dry area. |
