Description
Solid-Concentrate C20M-C is a proprietary water treatment for STRESSED conditions that utilizes the very latest anti-scaling, anti-fouling, & corrosion inhibition technology. Scale dispersing & corrosion inhibitors working with conventional chemistry provide protection at low product feed rates (refer to laboratory scaling study). Contains PBTC phosphonate, HEDP phosphonate, polymaleic acid, Ter-polymer, ,triazole, molybdate tracer.
 
Application/Feedrate
C20M-C can be used in tower water systems that contain up to 1200 PPM calcium /400 PPM alkalinity and /or 1000 PPM calcium/1000ppm alkalinity utilizing the below-listed feed rates (supported by the Buckman Lab Study dated 9/5/00)

WATER QUALITY FEED RATE PHOSPHONATE MOLYBDATE
500 PPM calcium, 200 PPM alkalinity 10 - 25 ppm 1.5 - 3.5 ppm .75 - 2.0 ppm
1000 PPM calcium, 1000 PPM alkalinity 20 - 40 PPM 3 - 6 ppm 1.5 - 3.0 ppm
1200 PPM calcium, 400 PPM alkalinity 50 PPM 7 ppm 4 ppm
* @ 20 ppm, 1 case of C20M-C is equivalent to 55 gallons of a conventional liquid product (approximately 500 lb.) Liquid equivalent comparative values will vary, dependent upon concentration
 
Testing & Control
Hach, Taylor & other organophosphonate and/or molybdate test kits. (see your service rep for details & recommended residuals)
 
Feeding
Feed product from a Product Dissolution Board or similar system/board
 
Packaging/Storage/Handling
Packaged in 4 x 1 gallon containers per case. Case weighs 44 lbs. Follow MSDS. Properly stored product will remain effective 24 - 36 months. Store in cool, dry area.
