Solid form, all-in-one boiler water treatment for SOFTENED make-up
water applications
Function
BA1-SA-C is a proprietary boiler water treatment containing
corrosion inhibitors (extra sulfite for situations where there
is no DA or heater), scale control agents, alkalinity builders,
and condensate corrosion inhibitor. All components conform to
FDA Title 21, Section 173 Boiler Water Additives.
Application/Feedrate
Fed at 40 ppm, 1 lb of product treats approximately 25,000 lbs
of boiler blowdown. 1 case (48 lbs) is equivalent to 30 gallons
of a conventional liquid product (approximately 300 lbs). Liquid
equivalent comparative values will vary, dependent upon concentration.

Feeding
Feed product from a Product Dissolution Board or similar system/board.
Packaging/Storage/Handling
Packaged in 4 x 1 gallon containers per case. Case weighs 48
lbs. Follow MSDS. Properly stored product will remain effective
24 - 36 months. Store in cool, dry area.
