Function
B-SA-C is a proprietary boiler water treatment containing sodium sulfite and morpholine. It reduces the potential for oygen corrosion in boiler water systems and helps protect condensate systems from corrosion.
 
Application/Feedrate
Fed at 40 ppm, 1 lb of product treats approximately 25,000 lbs of boiler blowdown. ( depending upon the amount of oxygen being removed mechanically and/or the amount of alkalinity in the make-up water ). 1 case (48 lbs) is equivalent to 30 gallons of a conventional liquid product (approximately 300 lbs). Liquid equivalent comparative values will vary, dependent upon concentration.
 
Testing & Control
Sulfite: 20 - 60 ppm or condensate pH 7.0 - 8.5
 
Feeding
Feed product from a Product Dissolution Board or similar system/board.
 
Packaging/Storage/Handling
Packaged in 4 x 1 gallon containers per case. Case weighs 48 lbs. Follow MSDS directions. Properly stored product will remain effective 24 - 36 months. Store in cool, dry area.
