U.S. Aviation – Marina Martinez

U.S Aviation is proud to honor Maria Martinez as our employee of the month for October. Marina has been an employee of U.S. Aviation Services since the start-up of our Lihue, Hawaii operation in March 2010.  Marina brings operational service full circle, leading Lihue as Station Manager.

Combining her exceptional handling of the operation’s inner workings and widespread industry background, Marina’s leadership is the glue of Lihue.  Her talents include LEC (Lead Environmental Coordinator), GSC and CRO, having previously led a number of teams for our local competitors.  Marina performs duties alongside her employees daily, effectively leading by example.

The Lihue Team has expressed on many occasions the “Ohana” and pride they feel having Marina at their helm.  Marina is poised, calm, professional and courteous as she handles herself and our station with grace and a no-nonsense approach.  It is clear Marina loves what she des, and well she does it as our USAS Employee of the Month.

United Security – Randy Barie

United Security is proud to honor Randy Barie as our employee of the month for October. Randy joined United Security over a year ago in Clearwater, FL.  Randy impressed the client and was identified by United as having management potential and was promoted to supervisor.  Through his skills, Randy instilled confidence in the security staff and the security staff looked to him for guidance.  United Security has been able to hire and retain quality security personnel under Mr. Barie’s direction.  Randy was then promoted to Director of Security, Hyatt Regency Clearwater.  Randy brings over 20 years of management experience in the Department of Corrections for the State of New York.
